Sendbird conducted a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) comparison for a bulge bracket international bank that wanted to create a mobile-conversational banking service for customers at scale.

Step Two – Assessing the risks of build or buy
The second key piece of the build vs buy decision is risk. Risk can come in multiple forms: business risk, time-to-market, scope, data, security and so on.
